CALLED TO ORDER: KD0ASL, Ray, President, called the meeting to order. Members present were: KC0WCJ Don, AB0ZB Gary, N0CKB Bill, N0TKS, KB0VOB Otto, K0CMS Jeff, N0JDP Kirk, W0TUP Arlon and N0RYG Barry.

SECRETARYS REPORT: Minutes for the August 25, 2009 meeting were approved as read.

TREASURERS REPORT: N0JDP Kirk reported a checking account balance of $1,638.95.

RACES/SKYWARN: N0TKG Paul reported that the CAP repeaters have not been turned into DRMO. He will follow up.

TECHNICAL: Kirk reported on putting the new antenna on 97.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Grand Forks Hamfest will be October 3 and 4. Totten Trail Hamfest will be October 24th at Garrison City Hall/Community Room.

OLD BUSINESS: - Special Event at next years ND State Fair, July 23 - 31 was discussed. Whatever is decided each operator will have to pay daily gate fee.

- Keith's AntennaParty was declared a success.

NEW BUSINESS: - Sunday Night 2 meter Net was restarted by KD0ETE Leif, who will be the operator for September. N0CKB Bill will be operator for October and Ray will be operator for November.

- Christmas Party: Ray will coordinate a January party at the K of C Club, North Broadway.

- Winter Field Day: Red Cross is the tentative locationn on January 23 and 24. Kirk will check out SVARC antennas.http://www.spar-hams.org

-52nd Boy Scout Jamboree on the Air: It will be held at Mt Carmel on October 17 and 18. Set up from 1100 to Noon.

ADJOURNMENT: Don moved and Gary seconded that we adjourn. Motion carried. The next meeting will be October 27, 2009 at the Red Cross.
